There is plenty to do in this house. There are activities for the whole family, including darts, pool or a table tennis competition. Afterwards, you can take a dip in the house's lovely indoor pool, or take a trip to the sauna or spa.
The house has 14 beds, divided into 4 bedrooms and 2 lofts. There is also a beautiful kitchen with everything you need for a great holiday. There is an oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, spacious freezer, fridge and dishwasher.
From the kitchen you enter a lovely living room with a wood-burning stove, with plenty of seating and plenty of opportunity to relax in front of the TV in the evening after all the day's activities.
The house also has two bathrooms with shower and toilet, one of which has a washing machine.
Enjoy life outside
Outdoors include a lovely large terrace of 80 square meters, as well as a 14 square meter covered terrace with a barbecue and plenty of seating to enjoy those lovely barbecue evenings. In addition, there is a large garden on a 1100 square meter garden plot with a sandbox, swing set, trampoline, petanque and a football goal, so there is plenty of opportunity for the whole family to play.
Get up close to the local attractions
The holiday home is located in Bæverstien in Marielyst, close to Marielyst square and the city center, and also only a short walk to the beautiful beach, as well as close to Aldi where you can shop and close to Marielyst Bowling Center.
