Well-kept and well-furnished wooden house with sauna and a lovely view over the sea. The house was being updated in 2005 with a new kitchen and bathroom and wooden floors in the living room. The house contains 3 bedrooms and a nicely furnished combined living and dining room with an opening out to a private terrace with a sea view.

The area
Diernæs Strand is located in a beautiful nature area with excellent op­portu­ni­ties for bike trips and long walks. Here you find a re­stau­rant and a nice and child-friendly beach with bathing jetty. There is a fishing lake in the area. The historic smalltown Haderslev is also worth a visit with many exciting shops, cafés and re­stau­rants. During summer you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce the town from the fjord during a sailing trip with the boat Helene.
