Furt­her­more, the basement includes 2 bedrooms, where in the large bedroom, you can wake up to the beautiful view of the ocean and you will have direct access to the terrace and garden. The house is situated beau­ti­ful­ly on a sloping plot. There are several terraces with garden furniture, loungers, as well as a grill.
