The living room is equipped with a fireplace and an energy-efficient heat pump. The living room ad­di­tio­nal­ly provides access to a lovely, large, and partially covered wooden terrace. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a bathroom with a washing machine and heated floor, as well as three bedrooms – two rooms with doubles and one bedroom with a single and a bunk bed.

The holiday home is located in the at­tra­cti­ve holiday home area of Binderup, within a short distance of a beautiful and child-friendly beach. The home includes a lovely, secluded garden and a terrace with garden furniture, a grill, and sun loungers.

Location
Grønning­ho­ved and Binderup are located side by side, just 10 km south of Kolding. The area is in­cre­di­bly scenic with excellent op­portu­ni­ties for hiking and cycling if you would want to get a bit active during your holiday. You can also swim at one of East Jutland's best beaches. Explore the beautiful nature around the historic "Skam­lings­ban­ken" or take a drive to "honey cake town" Chri­sti­ans­feld, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage list. within the area, there is a campsite where you can pick up groceries. Kolding is an exciting city with plenty of pe­de­stri­an streets and East Jutland's largest indoor shopping center, Kolding Stor­cen­ter. Make sure to also bring your family to Slotssøbadet while you are visiting. Slotssøbadet is a lovely water park that also includes spa options. Visit the medieval castle Kol­ding­hus or explore modern art and design at Trapholt. You can also pay a visit to the toy museum in Chri­sti­ans­feld which holds toys dating back to before 1900.
