The house offers modern charm and renovated style from 2022. On the ground floor, you'll find a lovely green kitchen open to a large family room with a dining area on one side and a cosy living room on the other. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, while you can enjoy the beautiful sea views and chat with your family in the living room and family room. The two bedrooms on the ground floor include a double bed and a bunk bed for two, as well as a lovely bathroom with shower. The Sonos sound system, heat pump and wood-burning stove ensure a cosy at­mosp­he­re. On the first floor you'll find an activity room with billiards, table football and a single bed, as well as a bedroom with space for three people. From the balcony you can enjoy the unique panoramic view of Aarhus Bay - all the way from Samsø to Risskov and Egå.

Enjoy life outside
The house is beau­ti­ful­ly located on an elevated plot in Skødshoved over­look­ing Aarhus Bay. On the various viewing terraces and balcony you can find shelter and sun during the day, and the children can romp on the large lawn with games and play. After a hot day, the outdoor shower is perfect for fres­he­ning up and the car can be parked in the carport while being charged with electri­ci­ty. The Blue Flag beach is just 500 metres away, with a re­stau­rant, ice cream parlour and a cosy marina where you can enjoy the maritime at­mosp­he­re.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Skødshoved Strand is a special gem with its child-friendly beach, good fa­ci­li­ties and charming maritime at­mosp­he­re. Here you can hear ropes banging against the masts and maybe catch a crab at the marina. Skødshoved Badehotel offers acti­vi­ties, good food and wine - all within walking distance from the house. For further ex­pe­ri­en­ces, it's less than 20 ki­lo­metres to Mols Bjerge National Park, 25 ki­lo­metres to the historic town of Ebeltoft, 35 ki­lo­metres to Djurs Som­mer­land and Ree Park, and 45 ki­lo­metres to Aarhus, Denmark's second largest city.
