Just 15 ki­lo­metres away is Aarhus, the second largest city in Denmark, which offers a wide range of cultural ex­pe­ri­en­ces. Whether re­stau­rants, museums, parks or shopping - there is something for everyone here. The summer residence of the Danish royal family, Mar­se­lis­borg Castle, is close by and the town of Skæring offers maritime charm, a child-friendly beach and cosy re­stau­rants. If you explore Djursland, you will be rewarded with beautiful beaches, im­pres­si­ve ice-age landsca­pes and historic towns with plenty of charm to stroll through.
