In this charming holiday home, you'll be greeted by a warm and cosy at­mosp­he­re. The ground floor has an inviting living room with a dining area and wood-burning stove, as well as a bright con­ser­va­tory with un­der­floor heating, perfect for relaxing all year round. The kitchen is fun­ctio­nal­ly equipped with a dis­hwas­her and un­der­floor heating, while the utility room has a washing machine available. The house has two bathrooms with showers - one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, where two of the four bedrooms are also located. From the first floor terrace you can enjoy a mag­ni­fi­cent panoramic view of the water. The last two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The house also has Chro­mecast and Apple TV so you can stream your favourite movies

Located right on the water's edge, the holiday home invites you to relax in the morning, unwind on the large terraces or spend some quality time with your fishing rod. On the 25,000 m² bea­chfront plot, you can relax and let the kids play in the swing or sandpit. From the terraces you can follow the path of the sun from morning to evening and enjoy the view of the clear water.

Boeslum Strand offers a beautiful sandy beach and lush meadows - perfect for walks and ad­ven­tu­res. Just 4 ki­lo­metres away is Ebeltoft, where you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce hi­sto­ri­cal at­tra­ctions such as the Old Town Hall, explore charming shops or enjoy the at­mosp­he­re of the cobbled streets and pavement cafés. A visit to the Glass Museum or the harbour's many eateries completes the day. For the ad­ven­tu­rous family, Djurs Som­mer­land and the Kattegat Centre are just an hour's drive away.
