Description
Welcome inside
Your uniquely beautifully situated holiday home impresses with an unrestricted view over Skærring Strand. In the house you can look forward to a lovely ‘man cave’. Behind the outdated term lies a room where you can play billiards with your fellow travellers and enjoy relaxing hours. The kitchen is open-plan and connected to the dining room. This means you can enjoy being close to your loved ones while preparing meals and playing board games at the dining table, for example. The sleeping areas are divided into three beautiful bedrooms and a double sofa bed. As soon as you enter, you will notice that the owner has put a lot of thought into the furnishings to ensure that guests can relax and enjoy the view in the lounge areas.
Enjoy life outside
A large part of your holiday home is surrounded by a terrace. The main terrace faces the water. Here you can enjoy the sun and the peace and quiet and round off an eventful holiday in comfort with a delicious meal from the barbecue. Next to the house is the owner's flat - directly on Havhusevej. You can park your electric car here for charging. The two rental properties are otherwise not connected. There is a loft in front of the terrace, which is not allowed to be entered.
On your property, you will find a high and undisturbed Swedish hot tub where you can relax to the full in the cosy warm water, accompanied by the charming view. NOTE: The hot tub is closed between 1/11 - 28/2.
Get up close to the local attractions
Your holiday home area is located in the ‘bacon belt’ of Aarhus - more precisely, between Skærring and Aarhus. Aarhus, Denmark's second largest city with 285,000 inhabitants, boasts many sights and attractions. In addition to the city flair, the beautiful Djursland landscape, created by the last ice age, awaits you with beautiful beaches, fantastic castles and interesting old towns. Aarhus is around 15 kilometres away. You can look forward to countless cultural attractions, great restaurants, magnificent museums, parks, the interesting harbour area, many shops, theatres and much more. On a holiday so close to Aarhus, you should also pay a visit to Marselisborg Castle with your loved ones. The castle is the summer residence of the royal family. The village of Skærring offers a maritime harbour area with pretty sailing boats, a child-friendly beach and good restaurants.
Booking: Outside the high season, you can book this holiday home for a short break. This means that you can freely choose your arrival and departure day - of course only if the house is not rented out to anyone else in the desired period.
