There is both a dining area and a sofa area where you can enjoy drawing, playing games, and reading. The bathroom is older but functional. In the shed, there is an extra freezer, washing machine, and dryer.
Enjoy Life Outside: Outside, there is a cozy and delightful terrace where you can enjoy the sun and lovely barbecue evenings. The garden is flat and has a nice lawn where you can relax on a blanket and gaze at the sky or engage in all kinds of family competitions.
Get up close to the local attractions: The beach at St. Sjørup is one of Djursland’s most unique bathing areas. Close to the shore, the seabed is mostly fjord-like, but as you wade through the shallow water, you reach the sandbanks and the open sea stretches as far as the eye can see. The journey to the sandbanks is made with strollers, wagons, and other means of transport that can handle a trip through shallow water. The beach resembles a tidal flat with a clear difference between high and low tide, tidal channels, and small saltwater lakes.Approximately 10 km from the house is the small ferry terminal Udbyhøj with a marina and good fishing opportunities. From here, a cable-drawn ferry crosses to the Randers side, and if you take the ferry, you will find a fine white beach with a Blue Flag and some of Denmark’s cleanest bathing water. For nature experiences, the Fjord Center, located close to the house, is highly recommended. In the area, it is also worth visiting Gl. Estrup Castle, the dolmens at Tustrup, as well as Northern Europe’s largest amusement park Djurs Sommerland, which is less than half an hour's drive from the house, and there are plenty of attractions all over Djursland.
