Welcome inside
Just south of Ebeltoft, you'll find this lovely holiday home that oozes holiday atmosphere and cosy colours. The bright living room is decorated with cosy furniture, a wood-burning stove and a heat pump that creates a comfortable temperature all year round. In the lovely kitchen, you can conjure up delicious holiday meals that can be enjoyed in the dining area or in the garden room. The garden room feels like an extension of nature, where you can dine overlooking the garden and enjoy a cup of coffee on the sofa. The house has a beautiful new bathroom with a shower and two cosy bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed where the bottom bunk is a double bed. In addition, the annex offers extra sleeping arrangements with a double bed and a bunk bed. For the youngest holidaymakers, there is a cot and high chair. The Chromecast and Apple TV in the house allow you to stream your favourite series from your own mobile or tablet.

The garden is a true holiday oasis that invites you to relax and play. The spacious terraces around the house are furnished with lounge furniture, sun loungers and cosy coffee-for-two corners where you can enjoy the quiet mornings of your holiday. There are several dining areas, a barbecue and a fire pit, creating the perfect setting for long summer evenings with roasted marshmallows and great holiday memories. The large grounds are ideal for ball games and fun outdoor activities, and the location of the house creates a lovely harmony between inside and out.
Get up close to the local attractions
The area around Øer is a wonderful holiday destination where you can find both tranquillity and exciting activities. The child-friendly beach, beautiful forests and scenic surroundings invite you for long walks and fresh dips. A short trip brings you to Øer Maritime Ferieby, where you can shop at the summer grocery store, visit the sports centre or enjoy a good meal. Cycling enthusiasts can challenge themselves on the 13 kilometre mountain bike route with different levels of difficulty. Just a 10-minute drive from the house is Ebeltoft Harbour, where you can buy fresh fish, visit wine merchants, glass artists and cosy restaurants. From here you can follow the promenade past the Glass Museum and Frigate Jylland to Maltfabrikken, where you'll find art, culture and a lively atmosphere. If you want to experience nature at its most beautiful, take a trip up Jernhatten and enjoy the view of Mols and the island of Hjelm. If you're looking for more action, Djurs Sommerland and Ree Park are obvious excursion destinations. And of course, a visit to Mols Bjerge is a must when you're on holiday in the area.
