Interior
Not far from Ebeltoft you will find this cozy holiday home. The house contains a beautiful bright living room, furnished with good furniture, wood stove and heat pump. In connection with the living room is the neat and functional kitchen with dishwasher and here you will find a small dining area. From the living room there is access to a very large garden room, where you will find a really cozy dining area and from where you have the most beautiful view. The house has two smaller rooms and in a cozy annex. Beautiful newly renovated bathroom with shower. For the little holiday guests there is both a highchair and a cot.
It is possible to watch your own TV and streaming services via the house's Chromecast/Apple TV and your own mobile/tablet.
Outdoor
The house has very large terrace areas with garden furniture and grill and is located on a plot which is very suitable for play and ball games as well as outdoor fun. The house is next door to house 84139
Location
The house is located in a popular holiday area, close to the beach and in scenic surroundings. Øer Strand is characterized by shallow water, sandbanks and rich in bird life. The beach is in some places pure sandy beach and in other places it can be a bit mixed. Not far from the house you will find Øer Maritime Ferieby, where it is possible to make the daily purchases and otherwise there are approx. 10 min drive to Ebeltoft, where you will find many cozy shops and restaurants. Here you can also visit the Old Town Hall and the Glass Museum. From the house there is a small hour's drive to the Norths largest amusement park Djurs Sommerland with activities for both young and old, which is definitely worth a visit for the whole family.
