The large living room with wood-burning stove and heat pump invites you to cosy evenings, while the new extension (2022) impresses with a modern kitchen and an extra bedroom. The kitchen's folding glass door lets you open up and enjoy nature up close - almost like dining al fresco. The house has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with single beds, and a beautiful bathroom from 2021 with a shower. Of course, there's also internet so you can easily share your holiday memories.
Enjoy life outside
The large and partially covered wooden terrace is the heart of the outdoor setting. Here you can relax in the garden furniture, grill dinner or take a nap in the hammock. The grounds are almost completely flat and perfect for playing, ball games and sunbathing. At the end of the day, the terrace is the ideal place to enjoy the warm summer evenings in good company.
Get up close to the local attractions
The area around Øer is known for its beautiful nature with both forest and beach within easy reach. The nearby beach has shallow water and is perfect for little feet or a dip. Mountain biking enthusiasts can explore the 13 km long cycle track in the area. Just a 5-minute drive brings you to Ebeltoft Harbour, where the Glass Museum offers world-class modern glass art. In the cobbled streets of Ebeltoft you'll find cosy shops, cafés and sights like the Old Town Hall. For even more fun, Djurs Sommerland and the Kattegat Centre are just an hour's drive away - great destinations for young and old alike.
