The house, built in 2007 and recently painted outside, features high, vaulted ceilings that create a spacious feel, and large windows that fill the house with light. It ac­com­moda­tes up to 10 people and 3 pets, making it ideal for large families with children of all ages. The summer house offers four spacious bedrooms and a cozy alcove where you can find peace and quiet. There is also an activity room with a billiard table, perfect for many fun hours together. Two well-appointed bathrooms, one of which includes a spa where you can relax and unwind after a wonderful day of vacation. After a scenic walk along the water and dunes, where the fresh wind kisses your cheeks, you can enjoy the warmth of the sauna. The house has un­der­floor heating throug­hout, creating a com­fortab­le at­mosp­he­re re­gard­less of the season. In the cozy living room, a wood-burning stove spreads warmth and coziness as night falls and on cool evenings. With TVs in three rooms, there are ample op­portu­ni­ties to catch up on your favorite shows, even when everyone is together. Finally, there is a well-equipped kitchen and a practical utility room with both a washing machine and a dryer.

Enjoy Life Outdoors Step outside the door and be greeted by a level ground sur­ro­un­ded by beau­ti­ful­ly grown ve­ge­ta­tion that provides both privacy and a sense of closeness to nature. The lovely terraces around the house invite long, relaxing days under the open sky. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee, grill dinner, or simply bask in the sun with a good book. Just 700 meters from the house is one of Denmark's best beaches, marked with a Blue Flag as a sign of clean water and excellent fa­ci­li­ties, complete with lifeguard towers during the summer. Spend your days swimming, building sandcast­les, or just strolling along the shoreline and enjoying the sound of the waves. When hunger strikes, you don’t have to go far – a cozy re­stau­rant is nearby. If you visit during a season when the sea is too cold, Grenå swimming pool is just 1.5 km from the house.

There is always activity and exci­te­ment around Grenå Marina, Skakkes Holm, and the Kattegat Centre. From the harbor, there are daily sailings to Halmstad in Sweden and to the small island of Anholt. Grenå is also a great shopping town with many de­light­ful shops and wonderful eateries. The area is fantastic for hiking and offers excellent fishing op­portu­ni­ties. Children will love visiting Djurs Som­mer­land, the largest amusement park in Scan­di­navia, which always has new at­tra­ctions each year.
