The house is located high up, so the view of Aarhus Bay is very beautiful.
Both the living room and kitchen are cosy and have a very personal touch. There is an open con­nection between the living room and kitchen, so if you want to play games or cook, everyone can par­ti­ci­pa­te si­mul­ta­neous­ly. The living room has a lovely wood-burning stove that will quickly heat up the living areas and the hallway to the rooms has an air-to-air heat pump.

Enjoy life outside
The house is located on a quiet road high on Skødshoved. It's a lovely plot with great views of Aarhus Bay on a beautiful hilly terrain, which can be chal­len­ging for guests with walking dif­fi­cul­ties. Many fallow deer, pheasants and egrets pass through the grounds, so if you have the patience, there is also plenty of op­portu­ni­ty to bring home unique nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces from your holiday. The blue flag and sandy beach, re­stau­rant, ice cream parlour and marina are ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 500 metres away. Another great option is to sit on the covered terrace and enjoy nature, which is com­ple­te­ly secluded right up to the front door of the house. The house offers several terraces, so both the morning and evening sun can be enjoyed sitting outdoors with a cup of coffee in hand.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Skødshoved Beach is something very special and it's so lovely and maritime. Child-friendly beach, good parking fa­ci­li­ties, toilet and ice cream parlour. Enjoy the sound of ropes hitting the masts and catch crabs at the marina, or take a walk up past Isgaard, a beautiful manor house located close to the holiday home. Skødshoved Badehotel offers plenty of acti­vi­ties and delicious food and wine at the re­stau­rant. All within walking distance from the holiday home.
