Description
Welcome inside
This newer holiday home (2020) is truly a delight. The house is situated on high ground and offers a very beautiful and unobstructed view of the water. It is possible to see the Baltic Sea from all rooms in the house, with the exception of one of the three bedrooms. In the master bedroom, however, you wake up to a marvellous view of the sea. The living room and kitchen are open-plan so that everyone can be together, whether you're cooking or someone wants to play a game. The kitchen contains everything you could possibly want for cooking, baking or other indoor activities.
Enjoy life outside
The house is beautifully elevated at the end of a quiet street with fantastic views. Around 20 m² of the terrace is covered, so you can sit comfortably here even if the weather is not at its best. The barbecue makes it possible to prepare delicious food outside. The whole family can enjoy a cosy meal here, both indoors and outdoors. If you feel like taking a shower in the fresh air, you can do so here. The garden offers space for games and activities and a campfire pit with a view, so you can enjoy an unforgettable holiday. Your electric car can be charged directly in front of the house.
Get up close to the local attractions
Holme Strand is located in a beautiful nature reserve with a view of the 49 metre high Jernhatten hill, where you can find rare plants and a rich fauna. A walk along the sea by the cliffs is an impressive nature experience. The beach is popular with anglers as it is easy to put a boat in the water here. It takes 15 minutes by car from Holme Strand to Ebeltoft. Ebeltoft is known for its many tourist attractions, crooked old houses and cobbled streets. Take a look at the old town hall, where people from far and wide get married, and the Ree-Park safari park, 8 kilometres from the house, where you can experience wild animals up close. Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in Scandinavia, is an hour's drive away and offers fun attractions for young and old. For those who would like to meet a real shark, we recommend a visit to the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa, which is only an hour away.
