Not far from lovely sandy beach, you will find this cozy and well-kept house. The house contains a large bright living room, cosily furnished and with wood stove. In connection with the living room is the lovely and functional kitchen with dishwasher. Nice bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and washing machine. The house has three good bedrooms: one room with a double bed, a room with two single beds and a room with bunk beds. For the little holiday guests, there is a highchair and cot. There is internet in the house.
Outdoor
The house is located on a lovely plot with a large lawn, suitable for play and ball games. The house has both a covered and open terrace area with good garden furniture and grill.
Location
Grenaa beach is one of East Jutland's best sandy beaches with dunes and pots. The house is located about 10-minute walk from the Kattegat Center and Grenaa Marina, where in the summer there is a buzz of life. There are several good restaurants and small shops here. From the port there is a ferry connection to both Sweden and Anholt. You can also visit Grenaa City with the cozy pedestrian streets, restaurants and the local Museum East Jutland. The house is about 1/2-hour drive to Djurs Sommerland with the many roller coasters and approx. 1/2 hour drive to Ebeltoft and the National Park Mols Bjerge. The house is the neighbor to house 8525.
