Here you'll find a lovely family house close to a child-friendly beach, ice cream parlour and play­gro­und - a perfect starting point for a great holiday! The open-plan layout and high ceilings create a spacious and bright at­mosp­he­re where the living room, dining area and kitchen flow into one, so the family can enjoy time together even if everyone is busy doing something different. The kitchen is equipped with eve­ryt­hing you need to conjure up holiday meals, and from the living room you can walk straight out onto the south-east-facing terrace and enjoy the sunshine and beautiful views. The bathroom has a handy washing machine and there are three bedrooms - one with a double bed and two with single beds.

Enjoy life outside
The house is well situated on the small plot, where the large terrace becomes a natural focal point. The family will spend many hours here when you're not at the beach or visiting the ice cream parlour. The terrace has a sandpit for the little ones, and right next to it is a small lawn for games and play. There's also a patio heater to keep you cosy on chilly evenings, and behind the house you'll find a common area with plenty of space for ball games and a viewpoint just waiting to be enjoyed.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Følle Strand is a charming and very popular holiday area with a lovely sandy beach that espe­ci­al­ly attracts windsur­fers. From the beach you can enjoy the view over the Bay of Aarhus and look towards Kalø Castle Ruin and Mols Bjerge. The area is centrally located and is the perfect starting point for day trips - just half an hour's drive to the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa, Randers Regnskov, Tivoli Friheden in Aarhus and the largest amusement park in the Nordic region, Djurs Som­mer­land and the beautiful Mols Bjerge National Nature Park. If you're looking for city ex­pe­ri­en­ces, shopping and culture, take a trip to Aarhus by bus from Rønde if the car needs a break. Or visit the old market town of Ebeltoft, where you can stroll along the cobbled streets and ex­pe­ri­en­ce the cosy, quirky houses with hol­lyho­cks along the facades.
