Here you'll find everything you need, including a fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher - so dishes can be done quickly. In the corner living room, the wood-burning stove creates a warm atmosphere, perfect for a good book, a game or a nap. Should the summer days get too hot, the heat pump with cooling ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The house also has a small but functional bathroom with a toilet and shower. At the end of the day, two good bedrooms - both with double beds - are ready to give you a good night's sleep.

With a lovely terrace that is partially covered, you can enjoy the outdoors from early morning to late evening. In the middle of Djursland, you'll find this holiday home with easy access to both nature and city life. From Kolind - just five minutes away - you can take the light rail to both Aarhus and Grenaa. Djursland offers fantastic nature experiences, beautiful forests and lovely beaches. You can visit zoos such as Ree Park and Skandinavisk Dyrepark, get a thrill in Djurs Sommerland or dive into the mysteries of the sea in the Kattegat Centre. The area also has a wealth of opportunities to buy fresh produce - especially fish - as well as a number of cosy eateries. And should city life tempt you, Aarhus is only 35 minutes away, while Randers is 45 minutes from the house.
