The house, which is on two levels, contains the following: Downstairs you will find the beautiful new kitchen from 2018 with dishwasher. In connection with the kitchen is the cozy dining room with wood stove and where there is access to a fantastic terrace. Lovely bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Two bedrooms, including a room with two single beds (can be pushed together into a double bed) and a room with a single bed. From the dining room there is access to the 1st floor, where you will find the cozy living room. From here there is access to a swallow passage with a view of the entire Ebeltoft Vig. Here you will also find the house's 3rd bedroom which has a double bed and a single bed. For the little holiday guests there is a highchair and a cot available. There is internet in the house.
Outdoor
The house is located on a sloping plot with large lawn that provides space for play. The house is surrounded by a large and beautiful terrace area approx. 130 m2 with good garden furniture and grill. From here you have the opportunity to relax and eat with the family, while you can enjoy both morning and evening sun with the most beautiful view of Ebeltoft Vig. Via path systems there are approx. 250 meters and a 10 min. walk to sandy beach.
Location
Handrup Bakker is a beautiful natural area with beautiful hilly terrain. The area is very child friendly and located close to a good beach with shallow water so everyone can get out and swim. Likewise, Handrup Bakker is close to Mols Bjerge, which is beautifully shaped by the last ice age. The house is about 10 minutes from Ebeltoft City with the many exciting activities, such as: the Old Town Hall, the Glass Museum and shopping in the cozy cobbled pedestrian street. There is also only a 1/2 hour drive to the amusement park Djurs Sommerland, which offers hours of fun for young and old. Likewise, there is also only a 1/2 hour drive to the Kattegat Center in Grenaa, where you can be both curious and wise about life below sea level.
