Welcome inside; Step into holiday magic in this charming villa from 1905, used as a summer house. The villa has been lovingly restored over time, re­specting the house's quirky little quirks. Let time stand still for a moment and imagine a sunny day, where you and your family step out of the car and breathe in the fresh sea air deeply. In front of you stretches the child-friendly beach, and the lovely harbor in Bønnerup patiently awaits to welcome you. As you step through the door, you are greeted with a warm and de­light­ful at­mosp­he­re. On the ground floor, you will find three lovely bedrooms - one with a double bed and access to the garden, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in peace, while the rest of the family slowly wakes up, and two lovely chil­dren's rooms with good bunk beds. Modern bathroom with a shower and a country kitchen where you can prepare delicious holiday meals while the children draw at the dining table and enjoy the view. Living room with a large TV and a view of the sea, as well as access to another terrace where you can enjoy the sunset over the sea to the west. Good utility room with a washing machine and space for the pram, and an entrance hall with stairs to the 1st floor. Upstairs, there is a huge activity room where family battles can be fought in games such as pool, table tennis, and air hockey, or you can relax in the sofa group with popcorn and a good movie. Step out onto the balcony and you will be rewarded with a bre­ath­taking view of the French garden and the sea. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there are 3 bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom and a large double bed. The other 2 rooms have 2 single beds each. Extra toilet and kit­che­net­te. A house with Danish history that is pleasant for many to be in.

A lovely French garden, where the planting is random in a cozy way, where you can use the garden's herbs and find a nice corner to read a good book. Ample space for cars and a large double carport where you can charge your electric car.

Get close to local ex­pe­ri­en­ces: Bønnerup is a cozy seaside town where something is happening all year round and where fishing boats are still part of the reality. In the summer months, several cozy shops, ice cream parlors, and re­stau­rants are open. In winter, it is quieter, and you can truly find peace and "wind in your hair". One thing that is certain is that you can buy fresh fish from the fis­h­mon­ger at the harbor and groceries at the local store all year round. The area around Bønnerup Beach offers beautiful nature, peaceful sur­ro­un­dings, and access to a lovely beach. Walks along the coast, crab fishing, and other outdoor acti­vi­ties await you. Have lunch at the harbor or buy a freshly caught fish to grill at home. There is a lot of activity at the beautiful marina and fishing harbor, and there is an annual summer festival here. The beach is one of the most child-friendly beaches with shallow water and sandy bottom. It is a half-hour drive to Northern Europe's largest amusement park Djurs Som­mer­land with rides for the whole family, and also a half-hour drive to the old market town of Grenaa. In Grenaa, you will find, among other things, the Kattegat Center, and from Grenå harbor, there are daily sailings to the small island of Anholt and to Sweden. Enjoy your packed lunch at Sangstrup Klint - it's in­cre­di­bly beautiful, and it's possible to find fossils and sea urchins or explore Meilgaard and Sostrup Castle.
