Just 800 meters from one of Nord­djursland’s most beautiful beaches, you’ll find this charming and cozy brick holiday home. The new owners have poured lots of love into creating a warm and inviting setting for your vacation – something you’ll feel the moment you step inside.

The living room offers a relaxed and welcoming at­mosp­he­re, perfect for sinking into the sofa with a good book, watching a movie, or gathering for games. There’s also room to enjoy family meals together, and the sofa bed provides an extra sleeping option – ideal for anyone who wants to stay close to the heart of the home. The sunroom can be used much of the year, giving you a wonderful sense of being outdoors while still enjoying the comfort of being inside.

The kitchen is well-equipped and pra­cti­cal­ly designed with a half-wall opening into the living and dining area, so you can cook while still being part of the con­ver­sa­tion. The bathroom features both a spa and sauna, where you can unwind com­ple­te­ly after a day full of ad­ven­tu­res. In the guest toilet, a washing machine and dryer are ready to take care of the laundry while you focus on your holiday.

The holiday home offers three bedrooms with double beds as well as a cozy loft with two mattres­ses. In the annex, you’ll find another bedroom – and not least a fantastic activity room that will no doubt become the gathering point of the holiday. Here you can enjoy pool/billiards, air hockey, table football, and darts – and it rarely takes long before the first little com­pe­ti­tions are underway.

Enjoy life outside

The garden is large, beautiful, and inviting – a little haven with plenty of space for both play, re­laxa­tion, and cozy moments together. The holiday home and annex are placed at an angle around the terrace, creating a sheltered courtyard at­mosp­he­re where you’ll love to gather. Children can run freely on the lawn, build castles in the sandbox, or invent their own games, while the dog happily explores the greenery. Meanwhile, you can settle into the garden furniture, enjoy a quiet moment with a book, or simply let your shoulders drop.

The terraces allow you to follow the sun from morning to evening – start the day with coffee in the morning sun, have lunch in the shade, and finish with a relaxed barbecue dinner under the open sky. When darkness falls, the fire pit becomes the natural gathering spot. Here you can roast mars­h­mal­lows, bake twist bread, and share stories, while the starry sky slowly unfolds above you.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

Fjellerup Strand is a former fishing village that has developed into one of Nord­djursland’s most at­tra­cti­ve holiday desti­na­tions. Here you’ll find a wide, family-friendly beach with shallow water and sandy seabed – perfect for both play, re­laxa­tion, and a re­fres­hing swim on a warm summer day. Behind the coastline awaits a varied and beautiful landscape, where small paths wind through nature and invite you to enjoy walks or bike rides in the green sur­ro­un­dings.

Fjellerup is also a nice spot for those who enjoy fishing – and if you don’t get lucky, you can always buy fresh fish locally. The good con­di­tions also attract windsur­fers who love the waves and breeze along the coast. Fjellerup’s harbor area offers cozy re­stau­rants – and not least a very popular ice cream shop, which is a must on a sunny day.

The area is full of exciting at­tra­ctions. Visit the beautiful Meilgård Castle and enjoy a culinary ex­pe­ri­en­ce at the castle inn, or explore the hi­sto­ri­cal­ly sig­ni­fi­cant stone chambers and dolmens at Tustrup. The Kyst- og Fjord­cen­ter offers educa­tio­nal nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces both indoors and outdoors, and in Randers you can explore the lush tropical world of Randers Ra­in­fo­rest – or take a nostalgic trip back in time at the Elvis Museum.

For children (and the young at heart), Djurs Som­mer­land is a real highlight, just a 15-minute drive from Fjellerup. Within half an hour, you can also reach the Scan­di­navi­an Wildlife Park, the fa­sci­nat­ing Kat­te­gat­cen­ter in Grenaa – and of course, all the other ex­pe­ri­en­ces that Djursland has to offer.
