The house includes an entrance with washing machine, nice birght living-room with wood stove that is cozy furnished, TV with Danish and German channels and a Radio with a CD player. In con­nection to the living-room is the kitchen with a stove with con­vection oven, re­fri­ge­ra­tor, freezer and dis­hwas­her. Nice bathroom with 2-person spa, shower and access to the sauna. There is also a guest toilet with a sink. The beds og the house is di­stri­bu­ted on four good bedrooms: two rooms with double beds, one room with a ¾ bed, and one room with a double sofa bed. There is a highchair and crib for the smallest children.

Outdoor
The house is located on a unique plot in the first row with a gate directly from the garden to the beach. To the house belongs both a covered and open terrace area with garden furniture.

Location
Skødshoved is a very kid-friendly area close to the great beach and small marina, where there is a view of Århus Bugten. The house is located about half an hour away from Ebeltoft city and its many exciting acti­vi­ties: For example, visit Fregatten Jylland, Det Gamle Rådhus, the glass museum and Ree Park. There is about an hour drive to Kat­te­gat­cen­tret in Grenaa, Randers Regnskov, Djurs Som­mer­land and Skan­di­na­visk Dyrepark.
