Interior
This spacious, cosy wooden holiday home from 2005 has an outbuilding and welcomes you with a large living room where you can make yourself comfortable in front of the wood-burning stove while the children play in the play corner. In the play den there is a 60x170 cm bed and from the living room you can step out onto a paved terrace. In the living room there is a lovely dining area and a comfortable sofa. A television provides entertainment and variety. A functional kitchen is integrated into the open-plan living area and allows you to socialise with your loved ones even while preparing meals. Most of the remaining living space is dedicated to a beautiful bedroom with a double bed, the large bathroom with a shower cubicle and washing machine and the entrance area. The outbuilding welcomes you with a double bed and a WC.
Outdoor
The level natural plot is bordered by surrounding trees and is ideal for playing and a wide range of outdoor activities. There are two good terraces where you can enjoy the sun and meals together in the open air.
Location
The house is beautifully and peacefully situated in a holiday home area just 3 kilometres from the popular Ree Park, where you can get very close to wild animals from all over the world. In a north-westerly direction you reach the lake Stubbe Sø. The area, which is characterised by a lot of forest, is ideal for active holidaymakers who enjoy hiking and cycling, for example. Your tours will take you through marvellous landscapes and charming little villages with old churches. Visit the "mountain" Jernhatten, which was created during the Ice Age, Havmølle, where activities for young and old are often organised, Rugaard Manor and Glatved Strand. Glatved Strand offers good conditions for bathers and anglers. Around 2.5 kilometres from the holiday home is a beautiful nature trail that stretches 8 kilometres from Gravlev to Ebeltoft. You can do your shopping in the grocery shop in Tirstrup, around 3 kilometres away. You can also buy fresh bread rolls here every day. The charming old town of Ebeltoft, dating back to 1301, is just 12 kilometres away. Ebeltoft enchants with its old alleyways and little houses and the maritime harbour area. Numerous restaurants and shops invite you to stroll and linger. The town's famous sights include the old town hall "Det Gamle Rådhus", the glass museum and the historic frigate "Jylland". During your stroll through the city, you should also pay a visit to the cultural centre "Ny Maltfabrik". The largest amusement park in the north, Djurs Sommerland, is just 20 kilometres away and can be reached just as quickly as numerous other sights and attractions in Djursland.
