This cosy and well-main­tai­ned holiday home offers a great location and charming at­mosp­he­re. Inside you'll find a bright and cosy living room with soft fur­nis­hin­gs, a wood-burning stove and heat pump - perfect for relaxing. The living room is in open con­nection with a newer and beautiful kitchen, which includes a dis­hwas­her and a practical exit to the large terrace. The sleeping ar­ran­ge­ments are divided into two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom is lovely with a spacious walk-in shower. The house has both Chro­mecast and Wi-Fi for en­tertain­ment and streaming.

Enjoy life outside
The grounds sur­ro­un­ding the house have a lovely lawn that invites you to play and relax outdoors. The terrace that surrounds the house is large and has good garden furniture and a barbecue - the perfect setting for long summer evenings under the stars.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Følle is a charming and popular holiday area with a beautiful beach that attracts both sun­bat­hers and windsur­fers. From the beach you can enjoy a beautiful view of Aarhus Bay, Mols Bjerge and Kalø Castle Ruins, which is de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit. The area is a true ‘butter hole’ with a short distance to exciting at­tra­ctions such as the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa, Randers Regnskov, Tivoli Friheden in Aarhus and the fantastic Djurs Som­mer­land. Take a trip to the old market town of Ebeltoft and enjoy the cobbled streets and charming old houses - here you'll also find the historic Town Hall, which attracts wedding guests from near and far. The nearby com­merci­al town of Rønde offers great shops and cosy eateries - there's something for everyone!
