Outdoor Just 250 meters away isn't far, so you can easily grab beach toys, a cooler bag, and children and head to the lovely bathing beach, where many sandcastles await construction. Back at the house, the property is delightful and secluded. There are several cozy corners for grilling and relaxation. Enjoy a delightful covered terrace and a table tennis table that can easily be set up outdoors.
Location Fjellerup Strand is an old fishing village located in an attractive holiday area along the coast of Norddjursland. The beach is very child-friendly and boasts a blue flag. There are dunes, pools, shallow waters, and sandy bottoms. The nature in and around Fjellerup is fantastic and varied, with many hiking trails and smaller roads ideal for cycling. Fjellerup town offers a bakery, grocery store, restaurant, and you can purchase fresh fish and ice cream at several spots. Along the coast, there are excellent opportunities for fishing. Nearby attractions include Mejlgård Castle, the dolmens at Tustrup, and Gl. Estrup Agricultural Museum. The house is approximately a fifteen-minute drive to Scandinavia's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, and about a half-hour drive to the charming market town of Grenaa, where you'll find Kattegat Centre. You can also drive a bit further south on Djursland to visit the old market town of Ebeltoft, Mols Bjerge National Park, Ree Park Safari, Scandinavian Wildlife Park, and much, much more.
