A true summer house exuding a great holiday at­mosp­he­re and located close to a lovely beach. Cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and dining area, with access to the terrace and a huge garden adorned with beautiful trees and bushes. Nice kitchen open to the living room, bathroom with a washing machine, and 3 bedrooms - 2 with double beds and 1 with a double sofa bed. In the room with the sofa bed, there's a desk with space for 2 people, perfect for sparking cre­a­ti­vi­ty, gaming, or hosting online meetings.

Outdoor

Just over 400 meters from the beach - the path to the beach is right on the other side of the hedge. When you return from the beach, you can rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower. The property is sur­ro­un­ded by beautiful trees and bushes, enclosed and flat, perfect for outdoor play and acti­vi­ties. Enjoy the chil­dren's laughter as they swing while you relax on one of the terraces with a cup of coffee. Bikes can be stored under cover with space for 2 bikes, lockable in the shed.

Location

Gjerrild Strand is popular for its lovely beach, where you can also gather oysters and fish. The deciduous forests in the area are beautiful year-round, and there are excellent hiking and biking trails that run along almost the entire north coast of Djursland - making exercise during the holiday a pleasure. In the summer, you can buy breakfast, ice cream, french fries, etc., at the campsite located 400 meters from the house. On the way to the house, you drive through Gjerrild village, a charming small village with a church, its own grocery store, and an inn. The inn serves delicious Danish dishes, and just behind the inn, you'll find Sostrup Castle, steeped in history and often offering exciting acti­vi­ties. It's about 15 km to Grenaa with its charming pe­de­stri­an streets and sidewalk cafes. Visit sharks and penguins at the Kattegat Centre or take a ferry to Anholt and Sweden. Ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 1 hour's drive from the old market town of Ebeltoft, Mols Bjerge National Park, Ree Park, Djurs Som­mer­land, and Skan­di­na­visk Dyrepark.
