Even before you enter the flat, you get the feeling that you are in for a wonderful holiday. From most of the flat and from the large terrace you have a mar­vel­lous view of the sea canal and the other beautiful houses. The flat is cosy, but bright and modern. Beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a spacious entrance area. The lovely living room invites you to cosy up with a good book or one of the board games in the house. The living room is open-plan with a cosy dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. From the living room you have access to 2 beautiful bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes.

The flat is located in a cosy area with colourful holiday homes and views of the canal. The holiday village is suitable for families, young and old alike, with re­stau­rants, multi-purpose halls, marinas and much more within a few hundred metres. A large and beautiful terrace with cosy garden furniture and barbecue. The terrace is south facing and has sun all day long, so you can enjoy many lovely spots throug­hout the day.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The area around Øer is a cosy and popular holiday area close to the forest and beach. The beach is cha­ra­cte­ri­sed as a sandy beach with shallow access to the water. However, in some parts of the beach you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce a mixture of stones and sand. If you want to speed up your holiday by mountain bike, there is a 13 km long track in the area, divided into different levels of dif­fi­culty. If you like modern art, you can drive to Ebeltoft harbour and visit the glass museum. There are several good re­stau­rants at the harbour and you can buy freshly caught fish. When you visit the town of Ebeltoft, you should take a look around the cosy cobbled streets. Here you will also find some charming shops with arts and crafts and cosy cafés. In Ebeltoft you will also find the town's beautiful landmark, the old town hall, Det Gamle Rådhus, where people from near and far can get married. The holiday home is about an hour's drive from the Kattegat-Centre and the largest amusement park in Scan­di­navia, Djurs Som­mer­land.
