It features a 28m2 swimming pool, an 8-person hot tub, a sauna, and two bathrooms. In the adjoining fitness room, you will get an op­portu­ni­ty to get your heart rate up. The living room is furnished with a large sofa ar­ran­ge­ment and dining tables, as well as a pool table and table tennis, allowing everyone to dine and socialize together. From the living room, there is a window with a view into the wellness room. Im­me­di­a­te­ly adjacent to the living room is the large kitchen with plenty of space for culinary acti­vi­ties. The property is located 6 km from Jels, where you can do groceries. Here, you will find the "Royal Oak" golf course and Jels Lakes, which serve as an outdoor swimming area during the summer with li­fe­gu­ards present and canoe rentals. You can also ex­pe­ri­en­ce the famous Viking-themed plays on the outdoor stage and enjoy good fishing op­portu­ni­ties. The old market town of Kolding is 20 km from the holiday home. Here, you will find the old Kol­ding­hus, which has a view of Slotssøen, and you are also able to visit the Trapholt Art Museum while you are there. You can also choose to visit Denmark's newest and most unique bath, ‘’Slotssøbadet’’, which is a com­bi­na­tion of a water park, a wellness and a sauna facility. Kolding also has a charming pe­de­stri­an street with many lovely shops, as well as Kolding shopping center, one of the country's largest shopping centers.
