Welcome inside

The house stands in the middle of the green grounds and welcomes you for a relaxing holiday. The house has a neat and well-main­tai­ned exterior with a black-painted wooden facade and white window frames, and indoors there is a vaulted ceiling and light wooden cladding on the walls, while the view of the garden con­tri­bu­tes to the nice cottage at­mosp­he­re. The living room invites you to sit back and relax with hot cocoa and card games near the wood-burning stove, as well as cooking in the open kitchen. If you really need to lower your shoulders and com­ple­te­ly relax, you can have a well-deserved break in the bat­hroom's sauna and hot tub - perhaps even followed by a midday nap in one of the cottage's three good bedrooms.

Enjoy life outside

The summer house is located at the bottom of a closed wing and with dense planting towards the two neighbors. On the other hand, there is an open view of the green communal area that spreads to the south, and it is great if the grounds' lawn is not enough when you want to play football or throw a frisbee. In the shelter behind the outhouse, there is a campfire where you can bake bananas or make s'mores for dessert after the freshly grilled dinner. It is now also tempting to just stay seated on the large and south-facing terrace en­viron­ment - either under the cover or com­ple­te­ly outside with an unob­structed view of the setting sun and the first stars in the evening sky.

Get close to the local at­tra­ctions

At Lærkevænget, eve­ryt­hing breathes peace and idyll, and throug­hout Bork Havn there is plenty of good things to come. There are play­gro­unds and a shallow bathing beach for the little ones, while the city's skating rink, ball fields, mini golf course and surfing beach offer fun activity op­portu­ni­ties for everyone in­te­r­e­sted. Bork Vikin­ge­havn and Bork Legeland are family-friendly excursion desti­na­tions, and if you want to go fishing, go for long walks or cycle around Ringkøbing Fjord, all you must do is get going. A trip to the North Sea can also obviously come into question when you live just ten minutes' drive from Ny­min­de­gab Beach, and a stroll to Bork Havn's cozy maritime en­viron­ment is a perfect end to a good holiday day.
