The floor plan is perfect for six people, and outside you and your loved ones have plenty of space for both play and re­laxa­tion – when you're not relaxing in the bat­hroom's hot tub and sauna or enjoying life on the local beach.

Welcome inside

The summer house, which was built in 2006, already presents itself in a neat and orderly manner from the outside, and behind the wooden facade you get the same checked im­pres­sion. In the center of the house, the living room and kitchen are combined, and it is the obvious place to be when you want to enjoy time with those you care about most. Depending on your mood and pre­fe­ren­ces, you can have fun with board games, knitting, movie nights and other relaxing acti­vi­ties, and if you love to cook, you can also spend a long time fussing over both small and large meals. You can light up the wood-burning stove if the weather invites you to do so – and on any chilly days it can also feel fantastic to relax with a hot spa bath and a trip to the sauna. Both parts can be done in the bathroom, while the three bedrooms ensure that everyone in the family can sleep com­fortably.

Enjoy life outside

Out in the open, there is plenty of space to spread out, because the plot measures 1201 m2 and is equipped with a large terrace en­viron­ment as well as an extensive lawn. The terrace is shielded by a fence on several sides, while the plot's edge planting also ensures that the living area is well shaded - so you have plenty of op­portu­ni­ty to find a sheltered and un­dis­tur­bed place to sit under the open sky. If you prefer to sit under a half roof, part of the terrace is covered, and it can be a hit on the days when you and your loved ones want to sit outside for a long time to enjoy the bright and quiet summer evenings.

Get close to the local at­tra­ctions

Ranunkelvænget ends blindly, and in general the cottage area is closed, so it is a peaceful and child-friendly place to spend a holiday. The nearest play­gro­und is just 100 meters away, and it is easy to get to both Bork Legeland and Bork Vikin­ge­havn, both of which are wonderful excursion desti­na­tions for families with children. If you are into physical acti­vi­ties and par­ti­cu­lar­ly into water sports, you can enjoy having a short distance to Bork Havn's popular surf beach, where it is also possible to kayak, try SUP and much more. On the other side of the cozy harbor en­viron­ment, you will find a smaller bathing beach with shallow and calm water - and if you are into bigger waves and large sandy beaches, it takes barely ten minutes to drive to Ny­min­de­gab towards the North Sea.
