Description
Kosigvænget 100 is a good place to spend a holiday, because here you live in peaceful and green surroundings, while at the same time you have easy access to Bork Havn and Ringkøbing Fjord. The summer house itself is a cozy acquaintance, and with a spa and sauna in the bathroom, a wood-burning stove in the living room and a south-facing sun terrace, you can relax and enjoy life in all kinds of weather.
Welcome inside
Inside, there is 109 m2 to spread out, and the floor plan with three spacious bedrooms and a bathroom makes the house suitable for six holiday guests. In the bathroom, you and your loved ones are pampered with both a spa bath and a sauna, so that the afternoon can offer wonderful wellness when you return home from your surf lesson, bike ride or mini golf course. You can also just sit back in the living room's sofa section or gather with the family for a fun board game at the dining table when you need to relax. If, on top of that, there is a fire in the wood-burning stove and the smell of freshly baked buns from the open kitchen, there is simply no way to put a finger on the cozy atmosphere.
Enjoy life outside
The south-facing terrace invites you to sunbathe and enjoy summer with a cold drink, iced coffee and lunch in the shade of the canopy. The surroundings are green and quiet, and the terrace is completely fenced off, so it is easy to keep an eye on the very young children. The slightly older ones can slip out onto the garden lawn themselves to play, play ball and swing, and together the whole family can compete in viking games or other fun outdoor activities. For the car, there is a carport and plenty of space to park in the graveled driveway - and thanks to the central address, the car can be parked just fine if you want to go to the beach or to the center of Bork Havn.
Get close to the local attractions
From the closed road, you have approximately one and a half kilometers to Bork Havn's year-round grocery store, and you also have a short distance to eateries and ice cream parlors as well as the Viking-themed mini golf course. In the small fjord town, there are many cozy playgrounds, and the youngest will probably also love visiting both Bork Legeland and Bork Vikingehavn. A small bathing beach and a larger surfing beach give the family plenty of opportunities to swim, swim, surf, kayak and race on a SUP board, and if you want to have a dip in the North Sea, both the bike and the car can easily transport you to example Nymindegab Strand.
