Lønne Klitgård is a nice, old quadrangu­lar farm from 1765, and it has pre­vious­ly been home to farmers, fishermen and dune bailiffs. Today it is furnished as a holiday home with an activity room, two living rooms and five spacious bedrooms, which make it possible to gather up to 14 people indoors. 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 large family rooms – ideal for many guests – and for parties, courses, meetings and team building with the po­s­si­bi­li­ty of overnight ac­com­moda­tion for 16 - 18 guests.

Interior
The thatched yard, which measures a full 300 m², on 300 square meters has been renovated with respect for the bu­il­ding's historic style and cultural heritage of several rounds, and during the process im­prove­ments have been made with regard to the bu­il­ding's hi­sto­ri­cal style and cultural heritage. Both the ar­chi­tec­tu­re and the decor help to give you an at­mosp­he­ric setting for your stay - combined with modern con­ve­ni­en­ces such as free wi-fi, an extremely well-equipped kitchen, 3 fridge/freezers, several TVs and heat pumps that are stra­te­gi­cal­ly placed in the large House. The layout is sensibly designed so that it is possible to gather all friends or several families with children for a nice holiday or shorter stay together. In the dining room, which is in an open con­nection with the kitchen, you can gather around the dining tables, while the living room also invites you to enjoy moments together. In the activity room you can play pool and table football, and both here and in the living room there are beds that sup­ple­ment the beds in the house's five bedrooms. If many guests are using the house at once, it is also nice that there are two guest toilets and two bathrooms in the cottage. The large bathroom also offers a nice spa bath.

Outdoor
Klitgården's plot is 4000 m², so you also have plenty of space to play and relax outdoors. The cobbled, spiked courtyard is an idyllic oasis, and to the south of the courtyard you can enjoy life on a large, tiled terrace. You can also find a shady place to stay on the lawn, if you don't prefer to stay east and north of the farm, where you have a wonderful view of the open field landscape, where the roe deer move along the lee fence, the cranes forage and the geese migrate in July and again in September. In addition, there is also a barbecue hut.

Location
The plot is well set back from Ve­ster­havs­vej and borders right on the fields, which emp­ha­sizes the feeling of living pea­ce­ful­ly and un­dis­tur­bed. About three ki­lo­me­ters away, the North Sea awaits with its wide, white sandy beaches, and if you want to go for a walk in the forest, it is also not far from Blåbjerg Plantage, which has good walking and cycling paths. The local area offers several play­gro­unds, mini golf courses and even a water park, and another child-friendly at­tra­ction is Dyrehaven Engholm. If you want to eat out, there are several options in different price ranges – from pizza and kebabs in Nørre Nebel to two-star Michelin food at Henne Kirkeby Kro.
