This charming wooden holiday house is beau­ti­ful­ly and pea­ce­ful­ly located over­look­ing a beautiful dune landscape in Ny­min­de­gab. The North Sea is just three ki­lo­me­ters away, so you have plenty of op­portu­ni­ty to swim, walk along the coast and ex­pe­ri­en­ce the beautiful sunsets - when you're not enjoying yourself at home in the cottage or relaxing on the terrace.

Welcome inside
The classic, older wooden property with its dark green wooden facade fits nicely into the scenic sur­ro­un­dings. Inside, there is light with white-painted walls, and the living room's wood-burning stove is one of the classic details. In the living room, the south-facing window section gives you and your loved ones the op­portu­ni­ty to enjoy the view of the open landscape when you are cozying up in the sofa section or sharing a good meal at the dining table. The kitchen is in an open con­nection with the living room, and in the three bedrooms, six people can look forward to a long sleep in cozy sur­ro­un­dings. The cottage's bathroom is equipped with un­der­floor heating, a walk-in shower and even a sauna, so when you return home from a swim or other acti­vi­ties in nature, you can be com­ple­te­ly warmed up.

Enjoy life outside
The sunny hours can obviously take place on the partially covered terrace, which is located south of the cottage, right next to the living room. A hot cup of coffee or a cool re­fres­h­ment just tastes better when you are sitting in a beautiful landscape like this, and if you dream of preparing all the evening meals of the holiday in the open, you can use the grill and set up at the garden table. With its 3600 m2, the plot is very large, and there is a good distance from the neighbors - and with both a carport and a yard, there is plenty of square meters to park one or more cars.

The nature plot serves as a lovely vacation retreat for horses or ponies - and the extra price for 1 horse is DKK 500, while 2 horses can be brought for DKK 900. In the garage you will find a box for the horses.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The beautiful local area is perfect to explore on foot or by bike. For example, you can go for walks in Ny­min­de­gab Plantage and Blåbjerg Plantage, and the latter also has MTB routes of varying degrees of dif­fi­culty. If you want to swim, it is only three ki­lo­me­ters to the lovely Ny­min­de­gab Beach, which invites you to laze in the white sand or find a sheltered pot in the dunes after a dip. If you are a nature lover, it is recom­men­ded to take a trip to the Tipperne bird reserve, and if the family would like to get closer to the Viking Age, you can head for the exciting open-air museum Bork Vikin­ge­havn.
