Lovely holiday house with good terraces and a short distance to the fjord

Halby is a wonderful place to spend a holiday - espe­ci­al­ly if you spend the days in this cozy summer house, located on the closed Hybenvej a few hundred meters from Ringkøbing Fjord.

Welcome inside

The well-kept, black-painted wooden facade is a good example of the house being well taken care of and the renova­tion taking place on an ongoing basis. In 2024, the house has also been painted inside, so that the rooms appear neat and inviting. The floor plan is suitable for four people, because there are two good bedrooms and a nice bathroom. Finally, the kitchen and living room are united, and it is probably here that you and your loved ones will spend most of the waking hours of the day when you want to relax inside. If the weather is cool, you might want to light up the wood-burning stove so that it can spread extra warmth and a cozy at­mosp­he­re while the family plays board games at the dining table, cooks delicious food or watches a movie in the sofa section.

Enjoy life outside

The summer house's natural grounds are large and beautiful, and in extension of the summer house there are two good terraces to choose from. One has just had a new roof in 2024, and it's a nice detail if a small summer shower should pass by, or if you want to sit outside for a long time in the evening after the dew has fallen. If you'd rather sit under the open sky, driver life can take place on the southwest-facing terrace, which is plea­sant­ly sunny for a large part of the day. Both terraces are also com­ple­te­ly enclosed, which families with small children or dog owners will certainly ap­pre­ci­a­te.

Get close to the local ex­pe­ri­en­ces

The sur­ro­un­dings here on the closed Hybenvej are quiet and family-friendly, and if you have small children, it is nice that there is a good play­gro­und with a ball field a short distance away. Ringkøbing Fjord is also just a short walk away, so if you want to fill your days with walks along the water and beautiful sunsets in the scenic sur­ro­un­dings, it can obviously be done. If you do water sports such as SUP and surfing or love a good swim, there are several beaches by the fjord that you can visit. If you would rather spend the day fishing, it might be Skjern Å or one of the nearest put and take lakes that you should drive towards, and you can also go on local sight­se­e­ing with a stop at Denmark's Aviation Museum or at Stauning Whiskey.
