The wood-burning stove helps to turn up the cottage charm in the living area, where the living room and kitchen are in an open connection - and if the weather is not suitable to sit near the warm flames, you can instead open the living room's terrace door and welcome the summer while you prepare an iced coffee or other refreshments to take outside. A spacious bathroom with shower is practically right next to the entrance, and finally the layout offers three good bedrooms with a total of six beds.
Enjoy life outside
If you prefer to be out in the open, the house's large terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy the sun and the laid-back holiday life. Part of the terrace is screened off, and there is also a covered area, so it is possible to find shelter from the wind as well as shelter from the evening dew, if necessary. The grounds' lawn invites you to both play and ball games, and if you and your loved ones can't get enough of the outdoors, you can stay outside to light the fire pit when darkness falls - and then you even have the option of spending the night in a shelter.
Get close to the local attractions
Laksestien ends blindly close to the cottage, and on the whole everything breathes peace and idyll in the area, so it's a lovely place to relax and spend the days at a very leisurely pace. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach if you want to swim in Ringkøbing Fjord or perhaps go out on a SUP board, and if you prefer to stay on land, a walk by Skaven Harbor can certainly tempt you. In Skaven Strand there are playgrounds, a volleyball court, a fishing lake and a campsite with mini golf, and Skavenhus is worth a visit if you dream of eating at a restaurant with a view of the water.
