Lovely family-friendly house close to the fjord

Already from the outside, it is clear to see that this holiday home in Bork Havn will suit a family with children perfectly. In the garden, there is both play equipment, a large lawn and several sunny terraces - and inside the doors in the bright rooms you get a cor­re­spon­ding­ly nice setting for play and re­laxa­tion.

Interior
Since its con­struction in 1978, the holiday home has been con­ti­nuous­ly mo­der­nized so that it presents itself in a neat and well-main­tai­ned manner. The interior fits in well with the bright rooms, which, among other things, consist of three bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a double bed and the two with two beds each. A bathroom is also part of the floor plan in addition to a lovely living room with burning stove, heat pump and an in­te­gra­ted kitchen area. If this is not where you gather for delicious meals, TV watching and other pleasant moments, the cottage's con­ser­va­tory is a lovely place to settle down - for example on a bright summer evening, where you enjoy the view of the green garden through the open terrace door.

Outdoor
Both young and old can look forward to outdoor life in the garden. Here there are three terraces to choose from, so you can always find a spot in the sun re­gard­less of the time of day, and one terrace is even partially covered if you prefer shade. Thanks to the swing stand and the tram­po­li­ne, there is en­tertain­ment for the children when the adults want to sit a little longer - and when it's time to get off the garden chair, you can all par­ti­ci­pa­te in different garden games on the large lawn.

Location
The holiday home is located almost at the end of a closed road and right up to a sheltered fence and a green common area. The nearest play­gro­und is not far away from the house, and it is also just a short walk to Bork Havn's cozy harbor en­viron­ment, where shops and eateries help to create a cozy and lively at­mosp­he­re. Next to the harbor is the town's small beach, where even the smallest can swim in the shallow water. At the bottom of Ringkøbing Fjord you will also find a good surfing beach - and even beginners without their own surfboard can join in, because there is an op­portu­ni­ty to sign up for a surfing course and hire equipment in Bork Havn.
