Nice house with view over the inlet

You will live with a view of Bork Havn's popular surf beach when you holiday in this well-furnished holiday home. In other words, it is the perfect location if you practice water sports - and also if you just want to enjoy the scenic sur­ro­un­dings and the beautiful sunsets over Ringkøbing Fjord.

Interior
The house, which was built in 1977 and later mo­der­nized in 2006, gives you 80 m2 spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you can gather by the wood stove in the spacious dining kitchen, to prepare a delicious ho­mecoo­k­ed. Af­terwards, you can move the good company up in the living room on the first floor, which is furnished with com­fortab­le sofas and a cozy alcove. A TV is also here – however, it does require that you can take your eyes off the beautiful fjord view, which is par­ti­cu­lar­ly im­pres­si­ve from this floor. There are two bedrooms in the house, which are both located on the ground floor and are each equipped with a double bed. The layout also includes a bathroom, which appears as neat and well-kept as the other rooms in the house.

Outdoor
The beautiful fjord view really comes into its own when you sit and enjoy life on the first floor's west-facing balcony. If you do not want to spend all the sunny hours here, you can choose one of the two terraces, which are located on both the east and west side of the house. One terrace is equipped with an awning if you need shade on a hot summer day, and otherwise you can recline in the com­fortab­le garden furniture and deck chairs. As a practical detail, there is an outdoor shower with hot water, so you can easily rinse off the fjord water when you return from your surf trip.

Location
When you live this close to Ringkøbing Fjord, you have extremely easy access to all kinds of water acti­vi­ties. On the beach right next to the house you can practice wind and kite surfing, SUP, kayaking and much more, while the small beach north of the marina is a lovely and child-friendly beach. Espe­ci­al­ly in the summer period, the cozy holiday life unfolds on the harbor by the dockside, the re­stau­rants and the play­gro­und. There are also shopping op­portu­ni­ties, a candle foundry, mini golf course and bicycle rental in Bork Havn.
