Description
This newly renovated quality house has it all. Hot tub and sauna in the largest bathroom, built-in fireplace by the living room sofa corner and a lovely green and undisturbed garden - and the house is even on a closed road just a short walk from Ringkøbing Fjord and Bork Havn's town centre.
Welcome inside
All in all, you and your loved ones get a wonderful setting for holiday life here at the address. The house was thoroughly renovated in 2024, and there is a whole 124 m2 to spread out on, so even if you are six people together, you can have the feeling of having plenty of space around you. When it's bedtime, you have four bedrooms to share. One is a bit on its own – and right next to the largest of the house's two bathrooms. Incidentally, there is not just a shower here, but also a hot tub and a sauna, so if you dream of filling your holiday with wellness and relaxation, it can be done here. It is also nice to stay in the living room, which is an inviting space with an integrated kitchen, a built-in fireplace near the sofa and a lovely bright atmosphere.
Enjoy life outside
The good sunny weather and the green surroundings can be enjoyed to the fullest when you relax on the house's terraces. There are several to choose from – including a covered sitting area where you and your loved ones can stay seated late into the evening, even if the dew has long since fallen. If there is someone in the family who would rather jump on a trampoline than lie down in a sun lounger, there is an option for that. And you can all take part in a quick game of football or a game of kings on the lawn before it's time to go out to explore Bork Havn and the surrounding area.
Get close to the local attractions
The summer house is quietly located on a small, closed side road - just a short walk from the nearest playground and only 600 meters from Ringkøbing Fjord. If you love surfing or want to try it for the first time, Bork Havn is a great holiday destination, because the local beach has shallow water and good wind conditions, so it's a good place to get out on the water. The town's charming harbor environment will probably become popular if you want to invite the family to ice cream or just splash around in the maritime surroundings, and there is also a child-friendly beach where you can swim or dip on a hot summer day. With a grocery store, mini-golf course, bike rental and restaurants, everything you need is here, and it's even just a 10-minute drive to the North Sea if you feel like ending the day watching the sunset from a dune top.
