Beautiful holiday home with a large out­bu­il­ding in a beautiful location by the Ring­kø­bing Fjord

Peace and quiet, green sur­ro­un­dings and lots of time together with the family. The Halby holiday home area is a wonderful place to spend a nice holiday. This at­tra­cti­ve holiday home functions as a cozy and spacious base that can ac­com­moda­te a total of six adults and two children.

Interior
The holiday home offers its guests enough space. The living space is 71 m². There are further 20 m² in the out­bu­il­ding, which is divided into two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed. Teenagers and grand­pa­rents in par­ti­cu­lar will certainly ap­pre­ci­a­te the privacy of the out­bu­il­ding. In the main house there are two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a double bed. In the other bedroom you will find two single beds. Right next to these rooms is the at­tra­cti­ve bathroom with a shower niche and un­der­floor heating. The rest of the living space is dedicated to the large, bright living room, which also includes an in­te­gra­ted kitchen area. The modern kitchen offers good con­di­tions when preparing your holiday meals. In the sofa de­part­ment and around the dining table it is very cozy - among other things the fireplace ensures a maximum of real Danish holiday home coziness.

Outdoor
If you spend your vacation in summer, you will surely spend most of the time outside on the 1,073 m² large property. Here you can sit down in good garden chairs on two terraces, enjoy the peaceful sur­ro­un­dings and the view of the garden. A carport and a gravel driveway are available for your cars. In addition, the property is fenced - perfect for small children and dogs. From the lot, you have a direct view of Ringkøbing Fjord.

Location
Right next to the holiday home is a green communal area with a football field, a play­gro­und, a bowling green and a barbecue area. The beautiful Ringkøbing Fjord is also nearby. Within a few minutes you can walk to the end of Syrenvej, from where you can look out over the water and gras­slands. You can take longer trips through the beautiful landscape by bike, for example. You can go swimming, fishing, surfing and other water sports as you live close to the fjord, the beautiful Skjern Å river, various fishing lakes and the North Sea. We recommend your entire family to visit the Danmarks Flymuseum, just three ki­lo­me­ters away, where you can marvel at numerous old aircraft from all over the world. For adults, a tour of the Stauning Whiskey Di­stil­le­ry should be in­te­r­e­sting. You can do your daily shopping in the village of Stauning. If you want to get some real good food, visit the re­stau­rant in the idyllic harbor of Stauning.
