Bright and inviting holiday home with space for the whole family

On Nord­mar­ken in Bork Havn you will find this well-main­tai­ned and inviting holiday home with high ceilings, lots of light and a large garden that surrounds the house. Interior
When you arrive at the house, you step directly into the large kitchen-dining room, which is the very heart of the house. Here there are high ceilings and plenty of space for everyone in the family - and the kitchen-dining room will un­doub­ted­ly be the main room during your holiday. Here you can both cook, have fun at the dining table or enjoy the time on the sofa with a good book or a good film on the te­le­vi­sion - and from here you can enjoy the view, as there are lots of large windows over­look­ing the garden. Above the kitchen there is also a loft where you can retreat if you want a break. The house has four large bedrooms with light and closet space. In addition to that, there are two spacious bathrooms in the house - one is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and in the other bathroom there is both a spa and a sauna - un­doub­ted­ly the perfect touch for a relaxed holiday.

Outdoor
The house is located on the quiet road Nord­mar­ken on the edge of Bork Havn - here there is plenty of space outside. The house has both a large garden, where the little ones can frolic when the sun is shining, as well as a terrace in extension of the living room - here the eldest of the family can enjoy a good glass of wine or an nice cup of coffee. Dinner can easily be grilled on the terrace and enjoyed outdoors. The garden is com­ple­te­ly fenced, and the family dog can therefore frolic without problems.

Location
If the children need more than the pro­per­ty's lawn to romp on, it is perfect that the house is next to a play­gro­und. Here there is a bouncy castle, cable car, a swing and much more, so that both very young and slightly older children can enjoy them­sel­ves and have fun. The whole family can also look forward to a visit to Bork Legeland or Bork Vikin­ge­havn, both located ap­proxi­ma­te­ly one and a half ki­lo­me­ters away. When the weather is good, it is also wonderful to spend a day at the beach. Bork Havn offers a child-friendly bathing beach as well as a larger surfing beach. If you want to create a bit of variety during your holiday, you can also head for the North Sea and Ny­min­de­gab Beach, which is just under 10 ki­lo­me­ters away.
