Cozy holiday home with a big terrace on closed road in Bork Havn

Sunshine hours on the terrace, board games in the living room and excur­sions in the scenic sur­ro­un­dings. A holiday home vacation of the good, old kind has been set up when it takes place in Bork Havn in this cosy holiday home that can ac­com­moda­te four people and two dogs.

Interior

The wooden house lights up with its red-painted facade in the middle of the green garden. It has been here since 1995, and has been main­tai­ned since - most recently in 2019, when the last renova­tion took place. The living room is the social gathering point of the holiday home, and here you can quickly feel at home when you throw yourself in the sofa section or sit together around the dining table. In the in­te­gra­ted kitchen you can easily prepare today's small and large meals, while the living room TV, which has both Danish and German channels as well as chro­mecast, can provide the en­tertain­ment after dinner. A bathroom with shower also belongs to fa­ci­li­ties, and when it is bedtime, you can look forward to a good night's sleep in the two bedrooms of the cottage.

Outdoor

The 704 m2 big plot all family members will ap­pre­ci­a­te - even the four-legged, because it is com­ple­te­ly fenced, so dogs can walk freely without any problems. Facing the road Falenvej, the lawn is protected by trees and dense edge planting, so you can stay quite secluded on the large wooden terrace, which is well oriented to the southwest.

Location

At Horsfold you live at the end of a small side road, but even though you live in a closed holiday home area, it is easy to get around in Bork Havn and the sur­ro­un­ding area. Bork Legeland is just 650 meters away, so you can quickly walk there and enjoy the many child-friendly acti­vi­ties. The whole family can also go to try the local mini golf course, and the fine bathing beach at Bork Havn will surely be a hit for both young and old. A walk at the marina or a good bite to eat can also easily become part of the holiday program, and if you like fishing, surfing or other water sports, there is also plenty of op­portu­ni­ty. From the mainland you can enjoy the view over Ringkøbing Fjord if you rent bicycles and go on an excursion along the coast.
