The summer house's 50 m2 is sensibly utilised, and with two good bedrooms, you can easily be four people indoors - and from the living room you even have access to a loft, if one of you prefers to sleep up here. The house's rooms appear bright and beautiful after the extensive renova­tion in 2024, and eve­ryt­hing from the bat­hroom's rains­hower to the living room's com­fortab­le corner sofa helps to make the holidays extra pleasant. If it's your turn to cook, you have good working con­di­tions in the open kitchen, and unless you go out on the terrace to eat, it's wonderful to gather around the dining table for a well-prepared dinner.

Enjoy life outside

Facing the small, closed road there is a tiled patio area and a grassy area where the car can park or the children can play. But when you and the family want to relax, it is probably more likely that you will look for the south-facing backyard. Here, a large wooden terrace awaits, inviting you to sunbathe in the deck chairs, take siestas under the parasol and enjoy delicious meals prepared on the grill. On a quiet summer evening, it's wonderful to sit and enjoy the quiet sur­ro­un­dings right up until bedtime - when you're not out playing in the green communal areas of the area or enjoying yourself on the harbor in Bork Havn.

Get close to the local ex­pe­ri­en­ces

From the summer house, it is only 200 meters to the nearest play­gro­und, and ap­proxi­ma­te­ly the same distance to Bork Hytteby's charming dinghy harbour, which faces Fahl Å. The family-friendly open-air museum Bork Vikin­ge­havn is also within a short walking distance, and just a few ki­lo­me­ters away you will find Bork Havn's shallow surf beach - here both beginners and experts can frolic on the water, and if you want an intro course in ki­te­sur­fing or on an excursion on a SUP -board, it can also be done. The harbor en­viron­ment in Bork Havn is always pleasant to visit, and if you want to spend the afternoon on Ny­min­de­gab Strand or ex­pe­ri­en­ce the fishing town of Hvide Sande, you can easily get there.
