Cosy holiday home near the surf beach with a fjord view from the first floor

In this nicely mo­der­ni­sed holiday home in Bork Havn you have eve­ryt­hing you need for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. The layout, which is spread over two floors, works very well for six guests, and from the first-floor balcony you can enjoy views over the rooftops of the town and even a glimpse of Ringkøbing Fjord.

Welcome inside
The house measures 78 m² and was last renovated in 2016, when the rooms were updated in light tones and furnished with tasteful interior décor. In the ground-floor kitchen-dining area a classic wood-burning stove helps create a cosy at­mosp­he­re, and the adjoining sunroom is the perfect spot to relax when the sun is shining. A bathroom with shower and a washer-dryer unit is also located on the ground floor, along with three bedrooms, two of which have double beds while the third has a bunk bed. This means there are sleeping places for everyone on the lower floor, but the children might find it extra charming to fall asleep in the alcove on the first floor – which otherwise works very well as a play corner during the day. The adults can also enjoy their time upstairs, which features a com­fortab­le sofa area with a TV.

Enjoy life outside
From the first-floor living room there is direct access to a large balcony over­look­ing Bork Havn’s popular surf beach. Between the houses you can look out towards the water, where surfers are having fun on the waves while you enjoy a cold drink in the balcony’s garden furniture. You can also enjoy the sunshine on the house’s south-west-facing terrace and in the small garden, which is fully enclosed.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the holiday home you have a short walking distance to the fjord, so if you want to surf, go pad­dle­bo­ar­ding or explore the water by kayak, it is easy to do so. The lovely beach is located right next to the town’s charming harbour, and the child-friendly bathing beach is also within easy reach. The town offers a small su­per­mar­ket, a candle workshop and several re­stau­rants, and both Bork Vikin­ge­havn and Bork Legeland are popular, family-friendly places to visit. Nature along Ringkøbing Fjord invites you to go cycling, running and hiking, and anglers can look forward to trying the many excellent fishing spots in the area.
