Nice holiday house on a closed road in the center of Bork Havn

This lovely brick house in Bork Havn offers many wonderful details. Inside you will be pampered with, among other things, a hot tub and a sauna, and outside there are play fa­ci­li­ties for the children, a sunny terrace and even a barbecue pavilion in the green garden.

Welcome inside

Thanks to the well-thought-out floor plan, it is possible to have eight people inside - for example two families, if both children and adults want to bring their friends on holiday. The four bedrooms are divided so that they lie two by two, while the guest toilet and the large bathroom are also well di­stri­bu­ted in the house. The bathroom is where you can have a reclining break in the hot tub and sauna, and when everyone needs to gather for board games, quiz night or a delicious meal, it is in the lovely living room that it takes place. A well-equipped kitchen is in­te­gra­ted with the living room, which offers a wood-burning stove near the sofa section, a cozy dining area and a large gable window with a garden door to the terrace.

Enjoy life outside

The summer house plot is green and well screened by dense border planting towards the neighbors, and the road ends blindly, so the holiday life will take place in un­dis­tur­bed and quiet sur­ro­un­dings. The tiled area in front of the house can easily ac­com­moda­te several cars, and there is an option to charge an electric car if you come with one. The south-facing backyard is where summer life is lived - either on the sunny and partially covered terrace, or on the lawn, where both adults and children can par­ti­ci­pa­te in garden games. The youngest children will probably be happy that there are swings, a slide and a sandbox to have fun with, and if you dream of cooking dinner outdoors, the barbecue pavilion is just the thing for you.

Get close to the local at­tra­ctions

Tues Drøwt, as the road is called, ends blindly close to the house, and path systems make it easy to get around, whether you want to go to get ice cream from the grocery store or take the kids out to find Bork Havn's best play­gro­und. There are several places to eat in the cozy town – including at the harbour, where after a delicious meal you can stroll around the quayside to look at the rocking boats and enjoy the view over Ringkøbing Fjord. On one side of the harbor you will find a child-friendly bathing beach and on the other a popular surfing beach, where you can try your hand at windsur­fing, kayaking, SUP and so on.
