Description
Not just children and adults, but also the family's dogs can look forward to having the most wonderful holiday in this large and spacious house in Hemmet. The house can be used all year round and is larger than most holiday homes, and out on the fenced plot there is plenty of space for play, ball games and relaxation.
Welcome inside
The holiday house has previously been used for year-round living, so you and your loved ones can holiday here both summer and winter - and you get a whole 142 m2 to spread out indoors. The kitchen and living room are centrally located in the house, and the open connection makes it easy to enjoy social gatherings, even if some family members are relaxing and others are having fun cooking. If you have musical talents in the family, you can enjoy the living room's musical instruments, while the sofas and the large flat-screen TV act as a perfect setup for those of you who love to hold movie nights or watch series. The bathroom is conveniently located by the entrance, and the three bedrooms are well distributed so that everyone can look forward to a restful night's sleep.
Enjoy life outside
The outdoor areas are a paradise for the four-legged family members, because the grounds are large and completely fenced, so the dogs can have a great time in a safe environment. Children and adults can also look forward to playing ball on the lawn - if you don't just lie on the sunny tiled terrace to the south of the cottage. Part of the terrace is covered and well shielded on three sides, so it almost feels like sitting in a conservatory when you spend the bright summer evenings here. Finally, the parking conditions are worth noting, because the gravel driveway is very large and practical, and there is an additional garage.
Get close to the local attractions
If you are looking for a scenic and peaceful holiday destination, Hemmet Strand is the right place to look. The summer house is a short walk from the beach itself, where you can swim, kayak and practice other forms of water sports, and if you'd rather stay on land, you can follow the path along the coast on foot or by bike. There are several good playgrounds in the cottage area, and close to Hemmet's old harbor you will find a fishing lake where you can try your luck and cast the line. You can reach Hemmet's well-stocked supermarket in five minutes by car, and if you want to invite the family out to eat, you can drive to Bork Havn, Skaven or one of the other cozy harbor environments by Ringkøbing Fjord.
