Welcome inside
The classic wooden holiday home was last renovated in 2010, presenting itself invitingly with tasteful furnishings and many convenient details. The living room is equipped with both a heat pump and a wood-burning stove, and if it is chilly outside, the underfloor heating in the modern bathroom provides additional warmth. The kitchen is open to the living room and features both a dishwasher and a washing machine, making daily chores quick and easy – leaving you with more time to relax and enjoy life. If you have been lucky on your fishing trip or simply stocked up on groceries, there is an extra fridge with a freezer in the storage room. Naturally, the house also includes cosy bedrooms – three in total – accommodating up to six holiday guests.
Enjoy life outside
The secluded natural plot is surrounded by both deciduous and coniferous trees, offering beautiful views all year round. When the weather is warm and sunny, you can settle down on the terraces, which extend around several sides of the house. If you return home with freshly caught fish from the fjord, you can prepare them on the grill for a festive evening meal under the open sky.
Get up close to the local attractions
From the holiday home, it only takes a few minutes to walk down to the beach, where you can swim from the bathing jetty, go surfing, or simply enjoy the stunning view over Ringkøbing Fjord. If you are up for a longer hike, pack a lunch and follow the path along the coast towards the scenic Skjern Enge. Besides the fjord, anglers can explore Skjern Å and the local fishing lakes – or how about driving to Hvide Sande to fish from the pier in the North Sea? After a day filled with outdoor activities, your appetite will surely be awakened. You can quickly stock up at Hemmet's well-stocked supermarket, unless you prefer to try one of the restaurants in Bork Havn or the other surrounding small towns.
