The house has a completely modern interior and impresses with, among other things, an indoor hot tub and a large roof terrace, and when you are not enjoying life here, you are only five minutes' walk from Skaven Strand and Ringkøbing Fjord.
Welcome inside
Inside the cottage, there is plenty of space to unfold the holiday life, because there are living rooms on the ground floor as well as on the first floor, and three bedrooms and two bathrooms are also spread over the two floors. The bedroom on the first floor is a real master bedroom with a French balcony, and in the bathroom next to it you will be spoiled with a delicious spa bath. The first floor also offers a living room with soft seating furniture, a flat-screen TV and direct access to the roof terrace - and when you and your loved ones are not relaxing here, it is recommended to gather in the living room on the ground floor, which has an open kitchen, dining table, sofa corner and wood-burning stove. All in all, you get the most wonderful setting for indoor holiday life!
Enjoy life outside
Out in the open, plans have been made so that you and your loved ones can take the day at your own pace. The house is surrounded by a green and lovely plot, where you can enjoy the good weather and the calm atmosphere to the fullest. There are several terraces to choose from – among a covered and screened tiled terrace, where the family can relax in the shade or have barbecue dinners sheltered from the wind. The first floor's roof terrace is a wonderful place to soak up the sun and look out over the green cottage area, while enjoying a cool refreshment. The garden's lawn invites to ball games and outdoor activities for both young and old, and there is also plenty of space to dry your SUP or surfing equipment after a day on the fjord.
Get close to the local attractions
The summer house is located peacefully at the bottom of a closed wing in the attractive holiday area of Skaven Strand. With just a few hundred meters to Ringkøbing Fjord, you can experience the beautiful nature of West Jutland up close, and if you want to hike, cycle, surf or practice other forms of water sports, you've come to the right place. Skaven Strand is also a wonderful holiday destination for children of all ages, because the fjord's water is suitably shallow, and there are sports fields, playgrounds and even a mini golf course to enjoy. Near the harbor is a restaurant with a view of the fjord, and if you want to try catching dinner yourself, you can see if you can catch a trout or two in the local fishing lake.
