If you dream of living close to the water, you've come to the right holiday home: The houseboat "An-Maja" is located in Bork Havn and from the sun deck and living room you can enjoy the view of the cozy harbor environment and the open Ringkøbing Fjord water.
Interior
Plans have been made for a fun and different holiday when it takes place on a houseboat. You wake up to the lapping of waves in the morning, and throughout the day you have fresh sea air in your nostrils and a view of the water. At the same time, it is not a free-floating holiday experience, because the boat is anchored in the harbour, and it is also a stable building on two floors, offering a total of 105 well-furnished square meters indoors. The atmosphere is light and airy, and the large windows ensure a generous amount of light and a perfect view from the inside. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen and dining room together with two bathrooms – one of which is equipped with a spa bath and the other with a sauna. The houseboat's three bedrooms are distributed both upstairs and downstairs. If you would like to bring the dog on holiday, an additional fee of DKK 400 is charged.
Outdoor
Out under the open sky, you can enjoy life on the three terraces – or sun deck if you like. On the ground floor, it is great to sit both in the bow and stern, but if you really want to admire the panoramic view, you must go up to the outdoor area on the first floor, because from here you have a good overview of the harbor and an unobstructed view of the beautiful sunsets over the fjord.
Location
If the entire maritime holiday is not to take place on board the houseboat, you can also go ashore to explore Bork Harbor and the surrounding area. The cozy coastal town offers both a supermarket, shops, eateries, and there is also the possibility to rent bicycles. By Feriepartner you can play mini golf, and also with a discount when you stay in one of Feriepartner’s houses. Bork Vikingehavn is a pleasant excursion destination for young and old – and if you need a dip, the whole family can have fun splashing in the water at the town's small beach, which is only a few steps from the houseboat. If you want to surf, Bork Harbor is also the right destination, because the city is known for its good surfing beach, where you can windsurf and kitesurf, practice SUP and kayak.
