Large holiday home with a beautiful garden and an activity room

Just outside the town of Ølgod, you will find this large and well-furnished holiday home that can ac­com­moda­te up to 26 people. It is well suited for family parties and other events, where you can have fun in the activity room, prepare dinner in the dining room and relax in the park-like garden.

NOTE: When renting this holiday home, an age limit of at least 25 years applies for groups of 3 people or more. Of course, this does not apply to young people on holiday with their parents or 2 young people who want to rent a holiday home together.

Interior

The holiday home was built in 1955 and renovated in 2010, so it works well as a meeting point for many people. It is 450 m2 indoors, and the establis­h­ment is designed with, among other things, three bathrooms, a guest toilet and seven bedrooms, where you can feel com­fortab­le. The kitchen is arranged so that there are proper working con­di­tions if you have to cook for many people, and when the food is ready, there is plenty of space to gather in the dining room. After dinner you can relax in the living rooms, or you can move down to the activity room in the basement, which is furnished with a pool table, soccer table and poker table.

Outdoor

Outdoors, there is plenty of space to play and sunbathe, as the holiday home is on a 3,800 m2 plot. In front of the house there is plenty of space to park the cars in the driveway, while the south-facing backyard is almost a whole small park, which offers good play fa­ci­li­ties for the children - including a swing, sandbox, slide and soccer goal. The garden is com­ple­te­ly fenced.

Location

The summer house is located just outside the station town of Ølgod and close to a put and take lake. In Ølgod you will find a good selection of shopping op­portu­ni­ties, eateries and shops, and if you are in­te­r­e­sted in history, you can visit the local museum. If you want a scenic excursion, it is a short drive to Skjern Enge and Ringkøbing Fjord, where you can, for example, surf and kayak at Bork Havn. For mountain bike groups, it might be in­te­r­e­sting to mention that there is a 6.6 km long mountain bike track in the plan­ta­tion just north of Ølgod town. The North Sea's beautiful beaches are also just half an hour away by car, and it is about the same distance to Le­go­land's many fun at­tra­ctions.
