Description
Fasanvænget 1 is a wonderful place to spend a holiday if you want to live in a modern furnished house with great facilities and lovely outdoor areas. The hot tub and sauna are just some of the things that sweeten life indoors, and outside you can look forward to sitting back on the terrace or challenging the family in garden games on the lawn - when you are not out exploring Bork Havn and the surrounding area.
Welcome inside
With a spa bath and sauna in the bathroom, three good bedrooms and a wood-burning stove in the living room, it's only nice if the weather allows for indoor holiday fun. The house invites you to slow down and relax with wellness and completely laid-back moments - perhaps just interrupted by a walk or another excursion every now and then. In the living room, the large window section lets in plenty of daylight, and the patio door makes it easy to slip out into the garden if the children or the dog want to romp and play. But it is also tempting to just stay in the living room to read on the sofa, play card games at the dining table or cook in the open and well-equipped kitchen.
Enjoy life outside
The terrace offers both open and covered areas, so you can sit where you like. If you don't want to sit still at all, but rather run and play with the family, there is plenty of space on the lawn, which is shielded by a small rampart facing the road. There is a swing set for the youngest children, and both young and old can look forward to the fact that it will be evening, so you can light the grill and get ready for a real feast under the open sky. The car can either stay in the carport or on the gravel area facing the closed road.
Get close to the local experiences
At Fasanvænget, you have a short distance to a playground where the children can burn off some energy and maybe even find new holiday companions. Barely a kilometer away is Bork Legeland, which is a hit for all playful families with children - and if you are more into surfing, SUP and swimming trips, you also have easy access to Ringkøbing Fjord and Bork Havn's lovely beaches. The city's harbor is a cozy meeting point where you can enjoy the maritime atmosphere and gaze far out over the water while you eat ice cream or have something cold to drink. If you want to experience the scenic surroundings, you can cycle along the fjord coast towards Skjern Enge or go out to the Tipperne bird reserve, and in less than a quarter of an hour you can drive to Nymindegab by the North Sea.
